Mischler's Florist and Greenhouses

I had the absolute best experience at Mischler's Florist today! The employee behind the counter was incredibly helpful and accommodating. She listened to exactly what I wanted and helped me pick out the most beautiful arrangement for a bridal bouquet. To make it even better, she expertly assembled the entire bouquet right in front of me at the counter while I waited. The customer service was outstanding, the flowers are gorgeous, and the experience was truly wonderful. I highly recommend Mischler's.... I will definitely be back

I recently moved into the Williamsville area and have visited Mischler's twice for flowers and gardening help; on both visits the employees were incredibly helpful, friendly & very knowledgeable! On my second visit I stated I'm not a gardener and asked for help and suggestions on a spot in my yard I wanted to plant in. Not only did the employee (I wish I remembered her name) take the time to help but made great suggestions and gave me directions on how to plant properly (again, since I told her I am new to gardening). Based on some of my questions, she actually took me in the back work station where they fill their pots and demonstrated how to plant what I picked out. I was so impressed with the service and will go no where else for any plant/flower needs.

My husband ordered flowers for me for Mother’s Day. They were beautiful. We will be visiting the garden center very soon. We also received a thank you note from them. That was a very nice touch for a company to show appreciation to customers.
