We found a lovely tree whose tag said it was miniature w/specifications that fit our needs. We claimed it, tagged it and had it delivered for a little over 500 dollars. About a week later, my wife and I are out watering the tree, and we notice that the label had been switched. It now states this tree will grow 50 feet tall and 30 feet wide. Evidently, this tree had the wrong tag on it when we saw it, and it was corrected in transport. My wife called to remedy the situation, and we were told that since it's in the ground that there was nothing that could be done. I don't blame them for the policy of no returns when in the ground. It's just unfortunate that we had such a lovely experience while we were there and now, we are completely screwed. It seems that there's nothing anyone can do. I had hoped to make future purchases there, but the trust is gone. -not that I think they were malicious, but indifferent. At some point, they obviously realized that they made a mistake and didn't bother to see how it would affect us. Unless you are a horticulturist, and know exactly what you're doing, I wouldn't recommend them.
