I bought hanging baskets from here for Mother’s Day. They have a nice selection of stuff but it was so expensive and the stinking flowers only lasted a month. Last year I bought the hanging baskets from Costco for half the price and they lasted 4 times longer than these did. These flowers only lasted barely a month. Will not be going back here. Sorry.
Very disappointed with my experience dealing with Carolyn. The products I purchased died shortly after purchase, and when I reached out asking for assistance or replacement, she was extremely rude and unwilling to help. Instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally she hung up on me during the conversation. Customer service like this is unacceptable. I will never do business here again and would not recommend this company to others.
I decided to visit this nursery after passing it frequently and reading many glowing reviews. The space itself is absolutely beautiful and offers an impressive variety of plants and flowers. However, as someone new to gardening, a hobby that already feels a bit overwhelming, I didn’t feel particularly welcomed during my visit. My interactions with the staff left me feeling embarrassed and discouraged, to the point where I left nearly in tears. I truly hope the team considers how impactful their tone and approach can be, especially for beginners who are eager to learn but may need a little extra guidance and kindness.
