$125 for a ficus Audrey that look like this 😅 order online. The canopy is very uneven, almost as if one side has been cut off. The quality is far from what is advertised on the website. Many leaves have holes and signs of insect damage too.

I have been a loyal Dahling Plants customer for years, which makes this landscaping review all the more disappointing to write. This experience has been a failure from start to finish. The installation team arrived late and without the correct plants. Because the job couldn’t be completed, I had to rearrange my schedule to accommodate a second visit. The missing plants were then delivered late, forcing me to reschedule my plans yet again. Two disruptions that were entirely avoidable. Worse, several of the plants I flagged as unhealthy at the time of installation began dying over the following weeks. Dahling Plants does offer a one-year warranty — but exercising it required an exhausting cycle of repeated calls and emails before they agreed to send replacements. That level of follow-up should not be necessary to honor a basic warranty. The replacement plants arrived, and already several appear to be dead. This is not the standard I came to expect from Dahling Plants as a returning customer. The combination of poor plant quality, scheduling failures, and the struggle to get warranty coverage honored has ended what was previously a trusted relationship. I will not be using them again and cannot recommend them
