JW Pacysandra is a great small company. They pack the live plants so they were uniform in size with well developed roots. I’m excited to see this area of my garden clean and uniform with hopefully much less weeding. I would highly recommend them. The green carpet pachysandra seems to be liking its new home and already working to establishing its self! Thank you Andy and team.
I ordered my 100 plants last winter and waited a long time for them to arrive. The owner kept in contact assuring me they were waiting for the weather to cooperate - it was a rough winter for them and spring was late. When I received my plants in June, I was amazed! They were tall, healthy, beautiful plants and well worth the wait!! I am so very pleased with my order. I have ordered from other companies before and never had anything but root cuttings arrive with no leaves and of course, never survived to even show one leaf all summer. This order from Adam was exceptional!! Now that I found them, I will never need to look elsewhere!! I highly recommend them!
I purchased 100 pachysandra plants from JW-Pachysandra in 2018 with the intention of using them as groundcover. They arrived in excellent condition with numerous long roots. The plants were so much healthier and fuller than what you see in the big box stores. I put them in a planter temporarily until I could plant them in the ground. I never got around to putting them in the ground and now 7 years later have 2 very large pots of these plants that stay evergreen all year long and look beautiful in the planter pots! They bloom every year with white flowers and just look so amazing. If you are looking for an excellent groundcover and are considering pachysandra then the best place to get them is from JW-Pachysandra. Highly recommended!
I feel fortunate that I found this company in a Google search. I didn't know a pachysandra specialty company was only 45 mins away. But they delivery everywhere! I bought 300 of the green sheen and they're beautiful. They were so carefully packed - they literally looked like a bouquet when I took them out of the box. Not kidding. As opposed to flats of pachys I've bought previously , these are all individual plants with very healthy and long roots. ( in flats when you pull them apart to plant some roots are destroyed). I had some questions and Adam was super responsive and helpful with my questions. You can tell they actually care about the plants. I just wish they grew more than pachysandra that I could order. Five-plus stars!
This specialized nursery is awesome. The owner took time to speak to me about my selection and its appropriateness for my climate. He followed up with emails to see how it was going and to answer questions. The plants arrived promptly and in excellent condition. They were actually shiny and very green with great root systems. I planted them in several different locations, as an experiment. So far, they are all looking healthy. I strongly recommend this pachysandra nursery.
