I just put a new patio in using their pavers. This was a d.i.y. project. They were very helpful with selection and pricing. I had them delivered and the driver put them right where I wanted them. I think their customer service is great and I would definitely recommend them.
I had a great paver buying experience ($2k+) with Brian K. He provided sound project advice and ensured I had everything I would need. He told me I could return any extra materials that were unopened. My experience “went south” when I brought back some materials. The manager told me I would be charged a 20% restocking fee for a “gator base” package that would be returned to a shelf 12’ away from me. After expressing my severe displeasure, he begrudgingly agreed to a 10% fee. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, he may be an un-empowered victim of a big company that doesn’t get it. Nonetheless, I left extremely disappointed.

Always well stocked with beautiful healthy plants. Prices are reasonable, delivery is available and the nursery staff are both knowledgeable and helpful.
All staff is knowledgeable and responsive- quick to offer assistance to the busy professional- you will not need to spend time looking for someone to help you. The nursery is continually well stocked with favorite standbys, as well as newer introductions and choice ornamental feature plants. Any plant you can not find on site is usually quickly able to be shipped in. The Spyder delivery service is so useful and an excellent bargain. Office is always staffed so if you need to ask a question by phone, you can get immediate answers. Anytime you shop here, you will feel like an appreciated customer, but especially during the fantastic annual sale and free food on Customer Appreciation Days. My only disappointment is wishing they were open later in the day!
