Owner extremely rude and can’t admit when he has made a mistake. Instead of “I’m sorry”, he proceeds to make a case defending himself when I have him on video hopping the curb and running over my mailbox edging.

My first visit here- they have very nice plants but I had to drive 1/2 hour back to their location to get a refund on something they overcharged me 53.00 on - I spent $357. When I got back to the store the owner said she accidentally didn’t charge me for a plant for $12.99 - I had to wait 15 minutes to correct the transaction as they did not know how to give refunds on the credit card machine - when I asked them if they would waive the $12.99 plant the man owner, Mark started jumping down my throat about being fair and yelling- he was a complete jerk… I felt like I was being scolded by my father. I will NEVER go here again- In today’s world, Customer service is key and I was treated with the utmost disrespect by this man. The wife was very nice and very sorry about their mistake and gave me the $12 plant -
