After last years drought I spent weeks raking out dead grass over a good portion of my lawn. Ordered garden soil along with manure to reseed, that is not what I received -the first heavy rain all my hard work was in vain, the ‘ the Garden Soil’ turned to hard clay . I called Cavanaugh’s the owner said - ‘I don’t make the soil’ I order it from a supplier. Well if your supplier delivered inferior plants and flowers you would not accept it. Why accept an inferior product and sell it as garden soil. Very disappointed in Cavanaughs customer service.
