Just called for 8 yards of mulch and such a simple and easy process. Wasn’t expecting same day delivery which made it even better. Mulch looks fantastic. Overall superior service and delivery. See you for many years to come! Thanks!
Always great customer service and beautiful plants
I would rate less than 1 star of possible. I left multiple messages and it took 3 days to get a response. Then I was told I would be getting the cord of firewood delivered today and I was third on the list. No communication of any kind until 7:30 at night and that communication was the owner contacting me to disapprove of the message left on his machine. I did call a little after 5:30 to try and get a status update and I said that it was apparent no delivery was coming today. Nothing disrespectful was said or implied even in the message that I left on the machine. If you don't want to sell firewood, then don't, but don't try and make me the bad guy when you don't show up. I will not be doing any business with slifko's greenhouse now or in the future and I would recommend that you also avoid it. Overall a terrible experience and I don't understand how you tell someone they're third on the delivery list and then call well into the evening to try and flip the script and blame the lack of delivery on them. So much for the customer being right. I've never had such a terrible customer service experience and I truly hope that no one wastes their time doing business with this company.
