This place has it all
They have a very large selection but they're a little pricey. For instance, 'summer wine' ninebark was priced in the $50 range. I could get the same sized plant for $30 at other places. However, their stock is well taken care of and they are very helpful.
They have a good selection of plants but I had a bad experience today. I used the birthday coupon that they send to purchase plants and was told that by using the coupon, they would no longer accept a return if one of the plants died. When I asked why this was, the cashier responded with a question of her own: "why would we accept a return when you got a discount?" This obviously has no bearing on whether they should stand behind their product or not. So to answer that question, 1. There are other places for a consumer to take their business and referred business if you won't stand behind your product, and 2. Disgruntled customers may leave a poor review.
I bought 4 blueberry plants that vary from 4-6 years old and cost $206 in total. Planted and all are growing. The selection of plants and trees they have spans acres. The service was great and friendly even though the weather was bad. I will probably go back and buy some Hazelnut trees.
