My mom and I visited on June 8th to purchase flowers and hanging baskets. We’ve been shopping here for several years and have always enjoyed the selection. During our visit, I selected a flower arrangement from the third greenhouse and placed it on my cart. An employee later informed me that the arrangement was a not available for purchase. I completely understand reserving items for customers, but there was no caution tape, sign, or other indication that the arrangements were reserved on the right side. There was caution tape around items on the left side. The employee removed it from my cart. If special-order items are being held for customers, maybe put them in the back of the greenhouse or a separate area to avoid confusion and disappointment for shoppers. Overall, they have a great selection of flowers and plants, but I hope they can improve how reserved items are displayed.

Surprisingly nice selection of wreaths and poinsettias, flowers and plants in different size pots for different uses. I shopped around a little bit and found this to be the lowest price I believe in the city of Pittsburgh. Definitely worth the trip down here. A bit off the beaten path but surely worth it. A helpful employee helped me cart my selections around until I found everything I felt that i needed. Going back for a few more I forgot today! Nice plants, nice people. Good experience!
