Stopped in yesterday to get a new plant for my balcony. Awesome service, knowledgeable staff and they knew exactly what I was looking for. They shared best practices to care for the plant. I would highly recommend stopping by, the layout of the gardens makes for a nice stroll as you decide what you want. Thank you to all the staff for the help and wonderful experience.
No longer interested in whether or not their overpriced plants are worth it.After witnessing a kind old gentleman customer get a rude reaction from a clerk was enough to put me off them. I'm also particularly disinterested in the sexual preferences of the business and find no cause to present a flag displaying those preferences. It has nothing to do with the business they're in. I've never seen a heterosexual flag displayed for a business nor should I. Why is there a need to advertise sexual preference at a nursery? Easy choice to drive by here and I'd recommend all to do that.
I had the best experience at Mainline Gardens recently - as a matter fact I’ve never had an experience like this there before. The customer service - because of Kristin - was extraordinary. I had stopped by after a lunch meeting and was dressed inappropriately for looking at plants. She saw this and took charge by helping me not only choose them, but by putting them on the cart and taking them to my car. She is a model for customer service!
