Owners are top notch but not generally the ones helping in store. An older gent misdirected me in the amount to use of an $82.00 chemical he sold me there. There were no directions on container. He gave me directions on quantity and use. It was way too much and turned my pond a nice dark brown instantly..! Thankfully it didn't kill my Koi. Called the chemical company and had the owner screaming at me over the phone. Chemical was not needed..! Took several days and much fresh water to get pond back to normal. When confronted it was nice to know that it was not Splash's fault. lol..! lol..! lol..! Never went back again. Store is very nice but know what you need before you go in there..! ( 7-8-2026 ) Below you can read several things they made up to fit against this review that they have brought forward to cover their butts..! I did indeed buy a container that was a silver glossy bag with only the name of the chemical and there was a manufacturer's name which I googled to contact them. From this experience I dare say that at that time not everyone was properly trained to cover every aspect of inside sales. The year I was last there may well be 2014 as since this happened I never went back and it has been several years. Too many other places to go to, especially on line for better different colored Koi and all pond supplies. ...and without a doubt I am glad to be able to say that I have spent thousands of dollars elsewhere on my pond needs..! Go have your own experience with Splash..! Everyone is entitled to there first mistake.

Swimming goggles arrived broken and the quality is really poor. I do not recommend them!!

Splash is the most professional company I’ve worked with. From the consultation to the final walk through was by far my best experience at my home. The team that built my pond was professional and courteous to my home, this is rare when contractors are on your property. I will sing their praises to whoever will listen. I can’t stay out of my yard to enjoy the beautiful pond they created. Thank you, thank you, thank you. If you’re on the fence, jump on board.
