We only provide installation services in the Charleston area, but anyone is welcome to come out to our nursery and pick up palms to plant themselves.

I would just like to say these people showed up when they said they were gonna show up and then when they got here, I had to run to the airport, leaving them and trusting that they would do what they say they were gonna do. I got home and I was more than surprised. They went far beyond our contract and did a fantastic job. I just wish that the trees that I had purchased from one of their competitors that fell to show up when I had a problem. great job great team thank you. Dave

A neighbor had to remove their palm tree for a construction project so we wanted to save the tree by putting it in our yard. Greg was super easy to work with via email for scheduling the job, then John and his two helpers did a phenomenal job planting it. They showed up on schedule and went above and beyond to trim up the tree before planting it. Everything looks great. To top it all off, the price was extremely reasonable for the work performed!

Buyer Beware: This company use to be so good. We’ve used this at our downtown home for 9 palms and then this past year at our home in old village. I heard they were bought out, and they haven’t been the same since from a landscaper in the area. I can’t confirm but very disappointed in the service I received this past go around. We bought 13 palms over the last year from them for our old village property. The last batch of 5 palms - one was a dud - all the other were thriving. Our yard was undergoing pool and other major construction and the palm trees ltd team wanted to put the trees in before fencing when they knew drip lines wouldn’t be installed (ie voiding the warranty)we verbally agreed we would have someone water the trees every other day which we did. One palm died we reached out to them and they refused to replace and wanted to charge us another $1000 dollars for tree removal labor and a new tree. We emailed back and forth and they refused to make it right. Lost a great customer. We move and build homes every 3 years and will no longer use this company unless they decide to make it right.

Purchased 3 sables from this company. 2 died with one replacing the other at different location. Be aware of the warranty verbiage
