Very knowledgeable and professional as the staff took the time to ask questions about the planting circumstances then provided some recommendations. Prices are better than others in the area.

By far the rudest people I have ever dealt with especially the man who always answers the phone. Shotty very amateur work they do. My 12 year old does better work and has no experience biggest joke one the planet.

After consulting with several landscaping companies I contracted with Chappells to perform design and landscaping installation. The job consisted of updating and mulching the shrubbery and flowerbeds, conditioning the soil to mitigate issues with weeds and fungus, replace the centipede sod with zoysia, start up and adjust the sprinkler system to ensure coverage for the new sod, flowers and shrubs, and repair my waterfall feature. Two months later the results look nothing like the design! I was told they didn’t have all the plants from the design in stock, but were adding additional smaller plants, so the cost would be the same and I would have a similar “look”. I’ve attached the design photo, along with post installation design, and this is with me adding the creeping Purple Heart and Japanese Maple after Trent’s team “completed” their job. I’m spending hours pulling weeds from the flower & shrubbery beds that the “weed barrier” and soil conditioner was intended to remedy. Adding to this, they installed the weed barrier over the existing mulch, and the mulch they applied was so thin, I now must purchase additional to cover the visible weed barrier. After repeated discussions with his team on what I needed to do to ensure the new sod came in healthy and green, it still has dead sections and places where the sod sections didn’t meet up but would grow in... I’m now told by Trent that’s “normal” and I should add a start up fertilizer to the new sod! Oh, and did I mention the waterfall feature still leaks??? I don’t normally write reviews, but feel I should warn others that Chappells doesn’t stand by the work you pay them their asking price to perform! Trent hasn’t even bothered to come by and review the shoddy work they were paid to complete!
