Although most products are satisfactory the customer service aspect of this company has all but disappeared. I have emailed multiple times about missing items from an order and I still have received no response. It is incredible to me that I have to sit on the phone to resolve an issue. What is the point of having email contact if company does not read/answer incoming emails? All unanswered contact does is frustrate customers and lower reviews. If good reviews is the goal then do the work. This is definitely my last order.

I ordered two Delospermas which are xeric plants (drought tolerant). They were growing in a wet peat based compost which I had to remove before planting in a Stoney, sandy, free-draining compost. The packaging was unacceptable. The plants arrived damaged, broken and with rubber bands squashing the delicate foliage. I very much doubt that they’ve flowered this year so they still have last years seed heads on them. I will not order from this company again.
Could not get in touch with anyone with questions.. therefore, will not be ordering. Something about the website was suspicious, and reading reviews, it makes sense. I believe, they require a personnel culling, get some folks back in that live what they do, and this place could be rebirthed. Best of luck!
I don't recommend, my plants were shipped way too early for my zone (said they'd ship in "spring". Plants in sad shape not packaged carefully. I sent an email asking for any advice on how to keep them alive and if I'd get a refund if they died. It's been 5 biz days NO RESPONSE. Even if they aren't willing to refund me I wished they'd at least taken the time to let me know. Plus since they should know stuff about plants/gardening I was expecting them to have some advice on what to do. Not professional to just ignore me. I was very kind in the email didn't get mad, just expressing my concern and seeking advice.
I ordered 4 Pulmonaria 'Raspberry Splash' Lungwort plants. I was very excited to receive them. Once these plants arrived though my excitement quickly turned into disappointment. The plants arrived in pitiful condition. Not only was there was dead foliage and broken leaves but the plants also looked weak like they were barely making it. I contacted customer service regarding the condition of the plants and they informed me that they have a 90 day warranty. While this is a nice assurance. This does not excuse the fact that I was sent subpar low quality plants that may or may not survive especially considering the cost of around 27 to 30 dollars a plant. I really hope these plants survive so that I won't have to have anymore further dealings with this company
