The Plant Truck (Wholesale Only)

I really wish I wasn’t giving 2 stars but the plants I ordered just didn’t hold up at all. They looked pretty good coming off the truck. A little yellowing on some but I just thought it may have been some shock for the plant. About a week after, most of my plants were yellow… mind you I had separated them from everything in my house and had not watered them given they were still damp. My Swiss cheese plants look like something has just eaten them all up. Found mealy bugs on some of them too :/ Succulents looked good upon arrival, then leaves just fell off maybe 3 days after being delivered. Some don’t even seem rooted. All the neon pothos I ordered have yellowed and also look like something has eaten them. There is a 2 day window where you can contact The Plant Truck, but nothing really dramatic happened with my plants until about the 3-4 day so nothing could be done which I get but these plants can’t be sold sadly. I have a neighbor who also has a plant business and ordered from the plant truck and I wish I had met her sooner. She had a similar experience but she was able to get some of her money back since she realized her plants weren’t up to par before I did. Communication with the sales team is really good and the delivery was on time so I’ll give them that but I won’t order from them again.
