I have bought several plants, annuals and perennials as well as some fun decor. It's always a quick escape into a hidden oasis when visiting. (PS: Can I live in that Airstream?) UPDATE: sorry to say I visited yesterday for the last time. I was eager on arrival to purchase at least 3 plants for our newly installed/updated HVAC system camouflage. I head to the grasses, and selected two 1-gallon variegated grass plants with the price of 17.99 on each. Then I went looking for an accent bush with color (liatris, which was also under 25.00) that I could use along with the grasses. I wheeled into the hut to pay and told the cashier that i also needed a magic mushroom compost which was 9.99. He told me the total was 125.00 and change... I was surprised and asked why? He looked at the grasses (again) and said that they are ?34.99. I said well, they are marked incorrectly, not my problem, you should stand by what they are marked. He disappeared and some time late came back and apologized saying they were trying to get in touch with the owner to see what to do, and that the grasses were actually 42.00 and change! I'm waiting alone, when another person came to me and said "We can't sell them for the price as marked. It wasn't our fault they were marked wrong, it was Monrovia's." I said then take it up with Monrovia, change your back stock and honor my purchase. Nope! She offered them at 30.00 each (their cost she said) and it was apparent she did not care that I was a frequent customer, had highly recommended them to everyone I knew, and would be insured of my patronage if she did as I asked.I left the cart in the hut and walked out. Never again, JVI. (NO STARS)

Derek and his team’s expertise and craftsmanships of our Koi pond was outstanding. They were also very receptive to feedback during the project and completed it in a timely manner with little disruption to our yard. Highly recommend JVI Secret Gardens!

I have responded twice to requests for fis pond cleaning. No one has ever responded in any way. I still need the pond cleaned. Your attached ads here are very strange, nothing to do with your business. Im seriously looking for looking for another source for pond cleaning. Mary Johnston

We want to thank Jamie at JVI Secret Gardens and their crews in Nashville for the excellent job they did for us today (June 2026)! They removed 4 large hydrangeas that had "taken over" our front deck. In their place, they planted red Dianthus and white Coneflower rows and we love the design layout--very French County garden look--complete with black mulch. The communication and quick response was excellent in achieving our goals--so important in home projects. They've got it all dialed in and the peace of mind was well worth it because they prepped the ground and the plants for maximum success. Their online proposal process is very easy to use. Happy gardens!
