I have been here several times. The plants I have bought were good quality and are reasonably priced. The larger shrubs have always been reliable and are still scrubbing. The flowers don't always make it, but with our weather I understand. The service does leave a lot to be desired. Cashiers tend not to be outgoing, but get the job done. The management could provide an environment where guest interactions are encouraged and rewarded.

I purchased several flowers from this Houston garden center, and within three days, multiple plants had already died despite me watering them properly and following care instructions. That alone was frustrating, but what made the experience worse was the customer service. The manager Pedro was extremely rude and dismissive when I brought up the issue. I’ve visited this location several times, and each time he is on his phone and provides very poor customer service. Unfortunately, the attitude doesn’t stop there — the cashiers have also consistently been unfriendly on multiple visits. Between the poor plant quality and the lack of professionalism, I won’t be returning. I expected much better from a local garden center.
