Clair Scoby was the best to help make decisions for my Mom 80th bday celebration in heaven on Sat.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Bought $1100 worth of plants, in the store for 2 hours and never was asked if we had any questions or needed help. We had two carts full of plants and needed 6 more of the certain plant which we had to leave back on the shelf which we told the front clerk and a young man standing there heard the conversation and never once offered to retrieve the 6 plants that we left behind since we had no more room in our carts . Customer service would go along ways to get customers loyalty. Other than this, the store and selection was really nice.

Stop by and picked up another plant

Shelby at the Longview location is the kind of customer care person that you wish you could encounter at every store. She was more helpful to this old man than most nearly every other customer service individual I have ever encountered. I came in late in the day, Tuesday, 4/7/23. Shelby and the lady behind the register were the only two people I encountered in the store, and they are the reasons I will come back often.

Susan is always amazing at ELLIS POTTERY in LONGVIEW Always helpful, friendly in every floral design or wreath she does is stunning. She is very talented And a great asset to ELLIS POTTERY
