I cannot say enough good things about Palm Buddha! They recently planted a tree in my backyard, and I’m absolutely in love with it. Despite the hot, humid weather, their team came out, worked tirelessly, and got everything done perfectly. I really appreciate their dedication and care. Thank you so much, Palm Buddha you’ve made my backyard even more special!

I did not have a good experience with Palm Buddha after purchasing 2 windmill palms in April 2025. Before purchasing I asked if there was a warranty and was told yes but it only applied for that year (plants only), and only if they delivered and installed. Don't remember any other caveats so I bought and had PB install for a total of almost $1700. Despite following their watering instructions, the palms looked dead by august. I texted them in September with photos and they said only warranty was for product exchange at 50% of the plant cost; nothing on labor to deliver/install. I fully expected warranty would be for 100% of product only rather than 50% or $500. I'm not sure why I would use that warranty when I can go to a big box store and get same size windmill for half PB's product only price and get 100% warranty for 1 year, no questions asked. I certainly don't mind installing myself. Disappointing, as I much prefer trying to use local merchants, but would never have purchased from PB if warranty was not 100% of product cost.
