The freeze of 2021 killed all of my beautiful palm trees. I saw that Palm Professionals were having a Memorial Day sale, my husband and I went to check them out. We loved that every palm tree was marked with the price, cold tolerance, growth, etc. Christian met us on the lot and helped guide us in making the right selections. We were concerned with spending so much money again, Christian guided us on the best palms for our concerns. The crew showed up as scheduled. I walked the yard with them to show where the palms were to go. There was a huge storm coming, but the guys got it done. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and left my yard spotless, even with all the mud from the rain. Before they left, they went over the care with me. My yard looks beautiful again. I appreciate that there is a one-year guarantee and in 6 weeks they will come back to check the palms and fertilize. So far, I am a happy customer and would recommend Palm Professionals.

When visiting, we spoke with Christian. I gave him a couple of HOA requirements, and questions/concerns. He took the time to give detailed information to address all issues. The location has a great selection of trees. Delivery options were great. Delivery technicians were on time, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Great job overall.
