No one was really interested in assisting us. They stayed in the building and had a non caring attitude about questions asked. It was morning and no reason to be exhausted. Figs were wilting in the pots and obviously needed to be watered. I found this nursery great last year. What has happened to make it become so bad ? The staff scud not even ask to assist us when we bought some planter mix
Terrible at answering the phone for customers.
I've never gone to a nursery with such a long list & be so lucky to get every item on that list. And maybe even the best part of it was the customer service. I have a back injury and was in pain so I had to sit often. A staff member literally took over my shopping for me and put every item on my cart in an organized manner & treated me as a friend. That's so rare. Every plant we brought home was very healthy and still is. The place was well-organized and had great curb appeal. It has NUMEROUS (possibly 20-30) medium-sized greenhouses to shop from plus a large beautiful retail store inside. I had a wonderful experience. I feel like I went to a friend's house to pick up some nice plants for my garden. I'm hooked. I may go back just to visit because it had such peaceful, calming vibes.

First in a few years since I’ve been here. A definite improvement from last time. Great employees—-helpful and knowledgeable. There were several employees helping. Plants are healthy and plenty to select. Thank you Brumley’s!
