The greenhouse in the Spring is like walking into Kew Gardens—a riot of color and good smells with a happy vibe. They have an impressive variety of quality plant material indoors and out—often one can find a surprise rare plant tucked in with the other sure-to-grow varieties. The plants are easy to get to, to see and touch. My wife and I have found the employees always cheerfully willing help and interested. No “big-box” bored, unknowledgeable workers here! The clucking and mewing of the chickens that wander the property is yet another nice detail. Cache Valley is lucky to have them!

The staff are super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They have a really good variety of plants and I love that they offer pots and planters from local businesses. What I love most is they have clear signage about how much light, water, and space the different plants need, and what plants do well together. It's the perfect place for novice gardeners to get their start.

Not great support and service for problems with purchased items. I was promised if I ever had any problems with a plant I purchased they could help then they went back on that. Not sure if there was a change in staffing but consistency is key for holding my business.
