Have been going to Country Gardens & Nursery for several years, mostly to support my home garden with soil. Have had good success with their organic compost, the natural mulch, and similar materials. Note that the hours of the bulk yard are sometimes different from the hours of the storefront, but other than that, they have always been helpful and supportive!

I like to support local, but look out for the card fee! They charged me $26.77 in a “card fee” without warning me beforehand. Bring cash!!!

They have extremely inconsistent hours for their bulk yard products. Stopped by twice and they simply don’t have staff to help sell or load at the bulk yard. Who closes down at 3:45 on a Friday before Labor Day! Come on.

I particularly like getting my garden box soil and mulch. I'm glad they are in town. I've also bought several trees from them without any issues.
