Despite being a wholesale nursery typically providing large shipments of plants for wildfire rehabilitation, these folks can accommodate small landscaping purchases. You will need to call to arrange a time when someone is at the site, but they have always obliged me when I've been in the area.

After taking my seeds, name and contact info last fall, I was informed by Tom, the nursery manager, that they never started my seeds; that the order was too small. He felt no need to tell me. The nursery manager then lied to me and told me they had started them. When I went to pick them up, only Tom was there, not Chris, who I had the appt with. Tom told me yet again, they'd never started my seeds. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE.
There plants are extremely well adapted to utah weather, super hardy. The plants get 5 star, but it's hard getting ahold of them so I rate 4 star. They have a lot more than is on the website so try calling.
These guys are definitely not the polished retail nursery some are used to. They don't sell anything but plants, but I have had good luck with the plants they do sell. The tiny starter pots are a little tougher to deal with than the larger ones you'd get elsewhere, but the plants have been healthy. I don't think you'll find a better local selection of inexpensive natives and restoration plants.
I placed an order with this company last year and attempted to cancel it after I had to move - so planting native restorative plants became a moot point. They refused to cancel my order or refund any money. Would not recommend.
