Overall I'm mostly happy with the experience I had here and the trees I got. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, I truly appreciate that! The not so good part was when I got home to plant my new Streetspire Oaks, I removed them from the pot and found that they were extremely root bound. Chat GPT even said with my picture, "Wow, that's about as root bound as they come. The nursery should've up-potted them last year". It's not the biggest deal because I ended up root shaving all around the ball, but it ended up to be WAY more work than I was looking to do and I hope that this won't affect the trees long run. One of the 3 trees I bought was also planted too low and the root flare was covered. I knew that when I bought it, but it was much harder to uncover the root flare because of how extremely dense the roots were packed in the pots. Overall, I wound definitely go here again, just need to be cautious and check the roots before purchasing.

Our garden and landscape would not be what it is without Laura Kay's. All our orchard trees, a full hedge of arborvitae, a beautiful Japanese maple, annuals, and ornamental grasses. We come for advice and quality plants. We make requests and order plants. It's been our favorite even though we live more than an hour away.

This place is where I go to get pretty much all of my plants and garden supplies. The people who work here are really helpful and have given us a lot of advice and guidance. I have nothing negative to say about this place, I always love coming here. They have a great selection of plants and trees.
