It's a Sunday. I live in SW Wyoming and purchased a bunch of annuals from our local Walmart back in May and planted them in pots. Some of the Moss Rose plants have recently gotten red, droopy and have something white growing on them so I called the nursery and left a message. Here's why they are getting 5 stars from me. Within a couple hours of leaving a message for the Salem nursery I received a phone call back and let the man that I spoke with know what my concerns were. He asked me to text him some pictures of the problem so I sent a couple pics to show them. I got a text back that he showed his nursery guy the pics and offered a couple solutions and tips to fix the problem. Wow! This is amazing customer service and I didnt have to buy directly from them to get it! Thank you Olson Nursery!

I went here and I loved it, the staff was welcoming and the plants were beautiful!

I unloaded a load of plants. They were fast and freindly. Open at 8:00am. Lots of room for trucks. Looks like room to come in early and park but you need to call them to confirm that. There is parking by off ramp at the freeway exit to sleep.

receiving is open at 7am.very fast unloading,truck parking available in plant and on road as well.restroom are very clean and open for public.
