Stay away from this place. Not worth the trouble. There are other places that will take care of you.

Professional staff, very helpful and knowledgeable. They pointed out 1 of the potting soils would damage the type of flowers I bought and the other bag in my cart was ample and that small crushed rocks or like it would provide better drainage. Got small crushed rocks then. Highly recommend! Thank you.

I went in looking for a plant that's proving hard to find. I couldn't even get one employee to even acknowledge me! When I stopped an employee to ask if they carried it, she wouldn't even look up from her watering to look at the picture. She pointed in the general direction of where something similar may be, mumbled and went back to watering. I said good morning to a woman getting off a forklift who rolled her eyes and acted annoyed I was walking around looking at plants...in a nursery...where you buy plants. It was absolutely mind blowing. I went to the star nursery on sunset in case the entire store was having an off day and had the exact same interaction with staff there. I'm so disappointed, they were wonderful a few years back when I went. I never leave bad reviews but such a negative and unwelcoming environment.

Not a fan. Employees were not focused on the customer. Tried to find pricing for items. Told to take a pic of the barcode and go up front. No one around. Finally someone came and was assisting a customer but had to wait a while for a price check. Came back out to go in the entrance I came in and it was locked. Asked an employee why it’s now locked. They just told me go out the front so had to circle around back to my car. Needs improvement on customer service helpfulness. Pricing seemed high even with 50% off.
