I had wanted ro try using a natural bug deterrent, lady bugs, instead of spraying. They had them in stock! They had a nice selection of decorating items, indoor and outdoor plants.

Purchased floral arrangements for my mother's funeral and was devastatingly disappointed. The arrangements meant to honor my mother were sparse, full of greenery, and had mostly cheap Shasta daises. I genuinely could've gotten a better bouquet at safeway. None of the Bouquets match the photos on their website. Complete misrepresentation of what we would receive. Included photos of what was received vs what is posted in their website. EDIT / UPDATE: To help further clarify - paid $400 but would've happily paid more if deemed necessary - Exact measurements were provided for the photo garlands (and were supposed to be much bigger) - While not exact bouquets were picked from the website, the complete lack of anything comparable is quite evident -Shasta daisies and carnations are nowhere comparable to white lilies and/or white roses. Both of which we received in bouquets gifted to us by friends and family, purchased by the same florist, so we are aware that they should be available for our purchase. -specifically asked for peonies and received none at all. We know they are in season as our backyard is blooming with them.

I ordered a flower delivery and received literally some of the rudest customer service I have ever received. We had a misunderstanding with the delivery address. Rather than call myself for clarification or the person who the delivery was for, she called to berate me. She was not interested in trying to find out where the misunderstanding was or try and get the delivery to the correct person. She told me that the person who wrongly received the delivery was bringing the flowers to HER. Then she rudely told me they would be at their store in the cooler waiting for the intended recipient to come pick them up. (You know, the person who just had a baby. Unbelievable.) Something is seriously wrong with this business owner and I will tell everyone I know who NOT to use on the island.

Absolutely love Greenhouse Florist and nursery!! I live in California and my mother lives in Oak Harbor, and I always use Greenhouse to send her flowers. The flower arrangements are beautiful and lush. While visiting the island, we stopped into Greenhouse. Everyone was welcoming and wonderful, even the beautiful chocolate lab ! Thank you Greenhouse Florist and Nursery!

Having ordered an arrangement for our anniversary to be delivered the person who delivered went above and beyond any requirement by assisting my wife, who is disabled, carry items into the house. Much appreciated! Thank you
