Great plants and variety, but staff is pretty aloof. No one greeted, or asked if we needed help, but no big deal. However when my husband did go out of his way to ask an older lady for help, she brushed him off. Didn't stop to fully listen to his question and just walked off. It was our first time visiting and last time too. Whether new or old customers they should be professional, especially because my husband was a person of color. So it very difficult not to assume, seeing as staff had no problems speaking with to everyone else around.

My favorite garden store in the area! Patts has everything you need from flowers to vegetables and my plants always excel! They know me by name when I go there which tells you how often I am buying plants. The sweetest people. And they have a super cute huge dog! 🥰

I moved to Coer d’alene Idaho several years ago and recently moved back to the valley . I was excited to see that Patts was still in business. The staff is amazing and Ms. Posey the store dog is so friendly too. Not only a shop for plants & landscaping it is an amazing place for gifts as well. Also follow them on facebook .
