I had a very disappointing experience with SYG Nursery and would not recommend their services. I was billed for sprinkler work that was never actually completed. I even have a camera system at my home, which clearly shows that no technician accessed or serviced my backyard system. When I spoke directly with their technician, Doug, he admitted that he did not service or test the backyard—something that was obvious, since the yard is locked and inaccessible without me present. After pointing this out, Doug assured me he would contact Donna at SYG to have the incorrect charges removed. Unfortunately, weeks later I received a bill that still included the overcharge—along with added late fees. Despite their acknowledgment of the issue, no effort was made to correct it. This situation reflects very poorly on their business practices. Being charged for work that wasn’t performed, backed up by video evidence, and then penalized with late fees when trying to resolve the issue, is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I find their billing practices misleading and unprofessional. I would strongly caution others against using SYG Nursery.

Ridiculous prices. And caution if you're buying soil! We purchased garden soil last year that brought evasive weeds into our garden. If you drive by SYG right now you'll see a bunch of poison hemlock all around their dirt piles. You don't want that garbage in your garden either.
