Ordered a decorative tree which was supposed to be in within two weeks it's almost a month never received a call as I have called multiple times nor the tree which was coming out of Virginia on the next route up was told to me on the purchase when I called the first time they didn't have any record of a purchase then I gave the receipt transaction number the second time was told a date which never came the third was if I ask for a refund then a 30%fee would be withdrawal (I don't think so), never received my purchase as well a runaround trying to track it poor customer service seems they're trying to scam a large amount and hopefully the timeframe will expire on the transaction so they don't have to be responsible for a refund... it has been handed over to the fraud investigation with the credit agency, don't trust theses people nor will be purchasing anything again from them poor customer service and unprofessional courteous didn't want to take responsibility for their actions rather give a runaround nor honor their word. Buyers Beware when ordering from them and keep track of your purchases they don't!

Best place to go to get just about anything you are looking for they always have what other stores around us do not and they usually have the rarest kinds of flowers you can't hardly find except online
