I’ve been going to the Thousand Oaks farmers market for about a month now, and every time I go I stock up on fresh micro greens from Yossi & Eli. I knew it was doing good for my digestion but I didn’t realize how much good it was actually doing for me until I got a blood test a few days ago. ALL my cholesterol levels dropped, & my liver is the healthiest it’s been in over 15 years. It speaks for itself. I will visit Yossi & his father for micro greens every week for the rest of my life. They’re amazing gentleman , very patient, love their craft, and if you get there early enough there might be some complimentary hot & fresh lemon verbana tea for you!

Such fresh sprouts! I buy almost every week at farmers markets. The best I’ve come across!

I look forward to getting my sprouts at the farmers market every Saturday morning! They have any and every sprout one could possibly want. You can try them as well and they are truly the kindest ever. My favorite is the sorello sprout which has a lemon flavor, I put it on top of sandwiches, toasts and salad. Thank you Yossi’s farm!
