I am so grateful to Grand Valley Micro Farms for growing delicious and healthy Microgreens! The nutrient density in these tasty greens are contributing to my health. I really appreciate that these microgreens are grown in organic soil or coconut coir medium, use water that is clean as well as air that is filtered. I can taste the difference.

We took our Girl Scout Troop to the Micro Farms and had the best time! Nate, Phillip, and the team were so great with the girls - teaching them all about the biz and then helping them plant their very own that we got to take home a week later. They are delish!

You won’t find better micro greens on the western slope. The flavor is out of this world! They make me look and taste like a professional chef (don’t tell my wife… but I’m not). The highest recommendation.
