Tommy and Leslie are so friendly and enthusiastic. I always enjoy seeing them at the Bardstown Road farmer's market. I feel like I am doing something good for my health when I eat their delicious microgreens.

UrbanEco farms is a delight! From the joyous way the owners let you taste the sprouts to the fact that they make it affordable as well. I look forward to seeing the beautiful display of sprouts (things I didn't even know COULD be sprouts!), tasting new ones, and honestly just seeing the smiling faces of the family lights up my day!

Tommy and Leslie are amazing people and their customer service is outstanding. As a WFPB lifestyle coach, I normally don’t recommend specific superfoods, but I have become addicted to the delicious, highly nutritious sprouts and supergreens from Urban Eco Farms. I love that I’ve sampled so many varieties to find what I love, like, and dislike, and the freshness of the products is unlike anything found elsewhere, so yes, I highly recommend the products from Urban Eco Farms.
