The mushroom growing class is equally fantastic. You get guided instruction from people who clearly love what they do, and you walk away with your own take‑home mushroom grow bag complete with hands‑on practice and clear, friendly instructions. I really enjoyed the class. They were very knowledgeable, and I learned so much. Their blue oyster mushroom grow bag is absolutely fantastic and well worth the price. I got about 4 "blooms" from my bag, and the mushrooms were delicious. I would recommend Winding Brook - Mushrooms and More to anyone who loves mushrooms. I'll definitely take another class.

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience visiting Teresa and Shannon at their farm. We were able to learn all about mushrooms and process of growing them. We also were able to visit the animals on their farm and feed them. Highly recommend!

Teresa and Shannon are both such amazing people, and they have created a magical little fairyland at Winding Brook Farms. I have nothing but kind things to say about this couple and their farm. I have taken two classes so far that have left me hungry to learn more and incredibly excited. Most recently I took my two children to visit their farm. They hosted an amazing age appropriate presentation and a fantastic tour full of mushrooms, animals, and more!
