Enchanted Farms Mushrooms

I bought a pound of lions mane mushroom from Enchanted Farms a couple of months ago. I shared it with my neighbor who did the cooking. Neither one of us is a chef, but simply pan frying that mushroom, it tasted great! It had the texture of meat, and I believe there was a little garlic, and maybe butter on it. And it was so good and so satisfying. I live three hours from Enchanted Farms so I'm going to visit them soon in Albuquerque and try it again and at that point look into Perhaps getting mushrooms mailed to me or perhaps grow on my own! Enchanted Farms is a first class operation.

Cute little mushroom shop with a wide variety of delicious mushrooms and mushroom products. The staff is very friendly and will give you good ideas of what to do with your mushrooms if you don't know how you want to prepare them. The weekly mushroom subscription is lovely.

Cute little store. They have both fresh and dried mushrooms and lots of mushroom themed decor and gifts. The associate was friendly and offered a sample of kombucha while I browsed the store and provided information on mushrooms.
