I called excited to make a first purchase but was met with attitude for no reason from a gal. I asked a simple question about begonias and was told I “need to be more specific,” with a tone that made it clear she couldn’t be bothered. The woman on the phone was unnecessarily rude. If you’re that miserable helping customers, maybe it’s time for a different job—would make everyone’s lives a lot easier. Won’t be doing business here.

very bad costumer service, saw about 50 employees and no one cared to ask if I needed help, came in here looking for help for a big order, even went to main office and stood infron of desk for about 3-4mins and one attended me, and were about 3 employees right there, very bad place

I sent my son to pick up a tree and greenthumb loaded the tree right up on the pick's up bed. It is pure logic the tree was going to snap.... and it did. My son not having much experience in tree care he naturally thought the nursery knew how to properly load a tree. I called them asked how they would allow a tree to be loaded in a way that was surely a death sentence to the poor tree.... they said it was my responsibility even though they loaded the tree and should have some knowledge on how to load a tree....
