Lu at Latinx with Plants provided the most amazing customer service I ever experienced. I called from across the country, wanting to give a plant to a friend who had just moved into a new apartment in L,A. It was important that the plant be safe for cats. Lacking the necessary knowledge, I was filled with questions, seeking not just safety for cats but also beauty and a size that would suit an apartment. Lu carefully and patiently, in a friendly manner, explained options, readily repeating information when I requested it, and then suggesting that we FaceTime. That was a wonderful idea, which led me to experience the store with its beautiful array of plants and pots as if I were there and thus have the opportunity to pick exactly what I wanted. I never felt rushed but rather felt I could take all the time I needed. Lu also wrote out detailed instructions for plant care, along with my note to my friend, and provided delivery details. I give this store my highest recommendation.

Amazing place! Brought my mom for the cochineal painting workshop and we loved it! My mom speaks only Spanish and the girls were very friendly.

Beautiful small business! They had a Mother’s Day event where my mom and I made flower arrangements, took photos and ate delicious food! Very cool that they do so much with community.
