I recently ordered Altman Spirit and Sincerity roses, and Aichi was so helpful and kind. They took the time to explain everything and my roses arrived safely, and I’m excited to see them bloom in the spring. Excellent customer service, this company is highly recommended!

I ordered two plants from Altman via Home Depot online. They shipped out a couple days after I ordered but for some reason it took seven days for these plants to come from Texas to Utah. the one plant was fine but the other looked terrible and was obviously not thriving and it certainly did not look like the pictures on the website that I ordered it from. So I asked them to replace it. for some reason they ended up Replacing both of the plants I ordered. I also discovered they only ship on Tuesdays but this time the plants made it In three days. Once again one of the plants Was not thriving and it looked like somebody dug it up out of the backyard and threw it in a pot. I did give them a second star because they have a good customer support team and they did not give me any problems about replacing the product. However I don't think I will order from them again because the plants were obviously not thriving when they left the facility so I don't understand how a competent employee can just send me trash. The whole thing just reeks of big corporation and the usual lack of customer satisfaction/consideration.

Truck drivers..there is no route for 53 trailers...i took 15 S right to DEER SPRINGS RD,buena creek rd,tight right to TAMARA LN,once you take ROSE MOUNTAIN RD..50 feet to your left is a short steep downhill to the docks..all roads are posted..GOOD LUCK!!
