Very rude service. Called to ask about natal plums, woman didn't even provide her name nor was she amiable. I'll take my business elsewhere. I asked her questions and it seemed like I was asking her to make me a patio.. do not give them your business.never coming here again!

"I've spent over $2,000 on trees from Briggs in the past year, so I'm a repeat customer who wants to support local growers. Unfortunately, other reviewers are spot on about the poor customer service. The gentleman in the office consistently has a rotten attitude and seems to go out of his way to make purchasing difficult. My last visit, I called ahead planning another $2,000+ order and tried to confirm details to ensure everything went smoothly—but every question was met with argumentativeness. It felt almost like dealing with the 'Soup Nazi' from Seinfeld; no warmth, just unnecessary friction. The plants are ok, but the experience in the office is so off-putting that I will not be visiting again. I wonder if the owners care?
Very large variety of plants including rare collector plants good for San Diego county, like Michelia Alba or Champaca. You can get large trees (15 gallon or 24” boxes) with very good prices. The staff are quite knowledgeable on different species of trees.
