Jungle Jack's

Can’t get any better than this place! Plumerias and costumer service are simply the best. Thank you JJ for sharing these awesome plants.

Last year in the spring/summer of 2025, i ordered red jack from jungle jack. It arrived and was beautiful. It bloomed for the first time last week, but it was not red jack. I took photos of it and emailed jungle jack. Christina, (who I think is his wife) responded and said it looked like Synchronicity to her, which is exactly what I thought.And what two of my friends thought. Christina asked for more photos, showing the bloom on the plumeeria plant. I sent her the email with the additional photos and never got a reply from her. I even sent another email asking if she had received my photos. Still no reply. So several days later I called, unfortunately, Christina answered the phone instead of Jungle Jack, and was very rude and aggressive towards me. She called me a scammer and a liar. I assure you, I am neither!!!! Im a very honest person. First off, she told me I would have to pay for shipping for them to send me a red jack, I told her that was unfair.That I had already paid for red jack and the shipping. She said the only other choice was to send the plant back. I told her it was too large to mail now. She told me to chop it up and mail it back. I told her neither option was fair to me. And I should not have to go to the trouble of chopping up the plant, Boxing it up, going to the post office and paying to return the wrong plant. I know that they did not do this intentionally, but I still received the wrong plant. I paid for red jack and should have received red jack. She told me they had absolutely no proof that I had even bought the plant from them. That I could have bought this plant anywhere, and that I was just trying to scam them into sending me a free plant. She said my plant (quite possibly synchronicity) was too large to be the one I bought from them last year. I told her all she had to do was look back in their records and there would be proof I bought it from them. I also told her that I take care of my plants and nurture them. And it's over a year later, of course, the plant is going to be larger. I told her neither option was fair to me. And that I would leave a negative review, and she yelled at me to "DO IT!!!!!" I sent an additional email, an instagram message and a facebook messenger message. And I have heard nothing back. This is extremely disappointing. I expected better. And I think that if I had been able to talk to jungle jack, it would have had a much more favorable ending.

Friends have always said you must go to Jungle Jack’s for unique Plumeria.They were right! We were searching for the hard to find red and purple plumerias. Kristin was so very nice to us and extremely helpful. She took the time to show us their selection and we found the most exquisite colors we’ve ever seen. Thank you Kristin and JJ’s!

Ordered a mystery pack. Items were shipped very fast & had an entire trash bag full of peanuts protecting them. Seems to be extra seeds thrown in too. Great seller!
