THE very best place! Great people and wonderful plants. The negative reviews here do not accurately describe this business. They take care of you. Thank you Mr. Kent!

I called to give them a heads up on a millipedes infestation going on in 4 of their Bromiliads. Instead I was asked how I am watering and when, sunlight, and stuff. Not much addressing the issue much outside of that. He DID let me know they had an issue with the millipedes (I don't remember when or how long ago), so it is fair to say it is back. I have about the 4 plants from late summer (spaced out time wise) till like a week ago. Also 3 from a hardware store, and the other from a grocery store. I called each and let them know the issue for a refund (all have the price tags) and to maybe check for any signs. I just don't want any bugs from plants like that. My intention when I called them was to kindly let them know what's going on, so why the defensive attitude? Is it because it is true? Accountability is the quote of the day! You are giving pest ridden plants! It is true, and the guy on the phone admitted they had a problem with the millipedes at some point, and there was nothing they could do! Oh well, i said my side with all honesty!
