I have been doing business with this company for over 17 years and then today I place an order and the new office manager has the owner call me and tell me they no longer want my business. I guess you're businesses gotten too big to take care of the little people. I do not recommend this place. The change is not good

Well priced.

2 stars for price Our first time we purchased from them we purchased 5 large Euphorbia Ingens. They were excellent quality and very reasonably priced. However, an older gentleman that helped me at the front desk was very strange. He started by showing me around their facility and proceeded to give me a lecture on the millennial generation and how we are ruining America. That should of been a red flag. We came back a second time and I was greeted by the same gentleman again. This time he took a very aggressive tone with me from the beginning. He started by stating “Idnetify yourself!” Like I was a inmate at a prison. Very weird! Then I asked him if he could help us fulfill an order for 4” cactus varieties. He asked me for their scientific names which I didn’t know off the top of my head. He called me very unprofessional. I tried to blow it off and continue but he cut me off and demanded to talk to my boss. It was awkward when I tried to hell him I’m the owner. I hope this place finds someone a bit friendlier I really liked their products.

I give 5 stars for the friendly people and service. 3stars for the location. Very tight for big trucks.No room hardly for turning around. 2 loading docks. Very hilly and a steep drive coming in. Do not come in before 7am or after 5pn. No truck stops in the area if you need to lay over.
