A true Florida destination nursery. Prices are amazing and plants are rare, Florida-friendly, healthy, and at an amazing price. I got seven rare plants and five bags of soil for less than I’ve paid for a SINGLE plant online or at other nurseries. Michael, the staff member, was so friendly and accommodative. He wrote down the latin names of all the plants I purchased and loaded everything into my car and I didn’t even ask. He was so helpful. This place is a destination if you like great, rare, plants at a good price and great service as a bonus.

I have lived in this area, my whole life. Blue Star Nursery is always great to go to. I buy most all of my flowers from there. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful with everything. I have a local business in Melrose the town next to Hawthorne. I bought these bubblegum petunias about eight weeks ago. they have done fantastic I get lots of compliments thank you Blue Star!
