Did I get my seeds? Yes. But they are all dead as they are a species where the seeds cannot dry out and this company did not keep them moist in storage. I don't know why they'd even bother selling them if they weren't going to store them properly.
Like many others, I had a similar experience with this seller. Their policy states orders are sent as tracked packages at the "lowest available price," but that is a complete lie. When my order was late, I messaged the seller. He bluntly replied it had shipped, but the confirmation of "shipment" email I received later revealed it wasn't actually sent until the next day. Six days later, I asked for the tracking number promised in their policy. I never got a response. The seeds finally arrived today in a regular envelope with a single stamp. The seller charged $6.99 for "package shipping" but used a sub-dollar stamp with zero tracking. Pocketing the difference and lying about shipping dates is completely dishonest. Your communication sucks and your website is misleading. Just be honest and tell people you use stamped envelopes—nobody would mind if you just adjusted your seed prices instead of scamming people on shipping.
Do not order from this retailer. Wished I could give less than 1 star, this retailer is a scam! This retailer took my money and never sent my order. Poor customer service. They never answer messages and the few I did get at first kept telling me my order was shipped but each message I got stated 3 separate days???and there chat feature evens says order is processed but never was. Shopify where my ordered went through also shows order was never shipped. I truly believe they take orders for things they don’t even have in stock and take your money. When you look up retailer on google street view it shows the address for a house in a neighborhood. I wished I would of read all the reviews before ordering. Had to get my credit card company involved because retailer has not cancelled order either like I asked. The really sad part is I live in Florida the same state they claim to be located, it should not take long to arrive if they actually sent my order.
Placed order. Seed arrived very late, I paid $7 for shipping 5 seeds in a letter envelope with a single stamp, the seed look ok though.
Charge over 6.00$ for shipping to put it in an envelope with a stamp what a ripoff
