Then I found Beautiful Bamboo and Jennifer was able to help me with plants that were in the clearance area, nothing was wrong with them just needing some TLC. Jennifer was a wealth of knowledge before and after the sale. When I went to pick up the plants Ryan and Donna made sure the plants were wrapped up and after a hour drive home I didn’t lose one leave off the plants, great job. This shows how much they care about the plants and Ryan made sure that I understood on how to plant and take care of the plants. Thanks to Jennifer, Ryan and Donna you made my backyard project a reality.

Excellent communications. Prompt. Perfect delivery service. Prompt. And quality bamboo products. Jennifer is a gem! ... You can tell a well run business by the tenure of their employees. I got 5 golden goddess bamboos from them 5 years ago, and they're looking lovely. And I just got 3 more from them. The same delivery men came to install them, and the same person answers the phone, as well as emailed me, and Jennifer, the manager was a patient with me as before with all my inquiries. That's fantastic. I have even called then through the years with any issues, with yellowing or bugs, fertilizer, fungus etc. Although these are fairly easy care plants, there are still some elements you have to watch out for.

Very nice visit and purchase. Products are all non-clumping which is great. Small and fully grown specimens available so you can see what the plant will look like. Install was seamless!

Called and asked questions about replacing my current bamboo hedge which had numerous problems. Staff gave me explicit instructions on care, feeding, and restoration of hedge. I would highly recommend them for their expertise with any bamboo project.
