Beware if you are looking to move into a Del Webb or Pulte development, they use this company and they are the worst I have ever had to deal with. I live in a community where landscape maintenance is covered by our HOA dues. However, they have not touched my backyard in well over a month regardless of how many attempts I have made to get them to do the basics. I now am unable to open one of my gates and I have weeds as tall as my 5 foot fence.
UPDATED 6/6: Cherrylake services my property and community for over a year. From the onset, I have found the on-site leadership to be kind. However, the grounds crew isn’t paid enough to care about their craft. The back office doesn’t communicate timelines or respond to issues. I have seen toddlers care more when they play pretend than this company. Employment this company if you enjoy feeling frustrated. Photos show recently installed bushes and flower trimmed down during service. Also pics of our lawn. Unfortunately this type of service is seen throughout the community. As of 6/6, we have been informed that our plant installation is not guaranteed due to irrigation being out of their control. Be sure to get all installation and warranty parameters in writing.
Check in with the guard shack. Arrived at 8 AM for my appointment, got loaded by 2 PM. Oh boy, you don’t know what a mess they left me this plans.
Their work is good when they decide to show up. Very poor or no responses to emails or phone calls. Be careful if you want to hire them
Unprofessional, unreliable, complete disregard for any work done or rather not done at all, they are money hoovers, period.
