I was out of the country for vacation and I received a call from the receptionist (Tequila)about an alleged debt that I do not owe. The call was handled in a very rude and unprofessional manner. When I tried to explain that she may have been contacting the wrong person, she interrupted me and told me to “calm down,” which was completely inappropriate. She also claimed to have spoken to my husband, even though he has nothing to do with my provider’s accounts — I handle those matters myself. Being spoken to in that tone, especially when I was simply trying to clarify a mistake, was unacceptable. After this experience, we called back and asked to speak with the owner. He was polite, professional, and respectful, and he handled the situation properly. I appreciate his professionalism, but the initial interaction with the receptionist was extremely disappointing and should be addressed. Jireh

The lady at the front desk is rude and disrespectful. There are plenty of other nurseries in Homestead area to choose from with more options.
